Purchase and return terms
Information about buying goods, delivery, returns and exercising your right of withdrawal.
1. General provisions
1.1. These purchase rules (the “Rules”) set out information about MB „FLERA“ (the “Seller”) and the conditions for the sale of goods to persons purchasing goods in the online store (the “Buyer”).
1.2. These Rules apply to any contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of goods. Before placing an order, the Buyer must read these Rules carefully. By confirming an order, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Rules may change. We recommend reviewing the latest version each time you order. These Rules were last updated on 27 March 2026.
2. Information about the Seller

3. Goods
3.1. Product images in the online store are for illustration only. Minor differences from images may occur due to screen colour calibration. Packaging may also vary.
3.2. Personalised books are produced to the Buyer's individual order — including the name, text, photos or other personal materials provided by the Buyer.
3.3. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfil the order. If the order cannot be fulfilled for unforeseen reasons, the Seller will refund any amounts paid within 5 business days.
4. Formation of the contract
4.1. Only natural persons aged 18 or over may purchase goods in the online store.
4.2. Each order constitutes a sales contract. After the Buyer submits an order, an email is sent confirming receipt.
4.3. The order must be paid before delivery. The Seller may cancel an unpaid order unilaterally.
5. Payment
5.1. The Buyer may pay for goods:
a) via online banking; or
b) using any other method indicated on the website.
6. Delivery
6.1. Goods are delivered by a carrier/courier selected by the Seller.
6.2. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
6.3. On delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging. If the packaging is clearly damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify the Seller by phone +370 694 45333 and/or email info@storymagic.eu.
6.4. Goods are deemed delivered when the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer accepts them from the courier.
6.5. The Buyer must inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. If no claims regarding the packaging or condition of the goods are raised within this period, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in good order.
7. Returns and withdrawal
Personalised books are non-returnable
All our books are manufactured to an individual order using personal materials (name, text, photos, etc.). Pursuant to Article 6.228(10)(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, goods supplied according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised may not be returned and payments for such goods are not refunded.
7.1. If the order has not yet been passed to production, the Buyer may request cancellation by emailing info@storymagic.eu. Any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days.
7.2. If the book has already started or finished production, a refund is not possible.
Non-conforming goods:
7.3. If you receive a defective product (production defect, printing error, damage in transit), contact info@storymagic.eu stating your order number and describing the issue (photos welcome). The Seller will either:
a) replace the book free of charge; or
b) refund the amount paid within 14 days.
8. Prices
8.1. Prices shown in the online store include VAT. The Seller aims to ensure prices are correct at the time you place your order.
8.2. Prices may change, but changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
9. Buyer obligations
9.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of personalisation data (names, texts, photos). The Seller is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Buyer.
9.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for ordered goods on time and accept delivery.
10. Seller obligations
10.1. The Seller undertakes to enable proper use of the store services, respect the Buyer's privacy, and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. The Seller undertakes to comply with all obligations assumed in these Rules.
11. Liability
11.1. The Buyer is liable for actions taken in the online store and for the accuracy of registration data.
11.2. The Seller is liable for damage foreseeably caused by a breach of these Rules, except in cases of force majeure.
12. Force majeure
12.1. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, acts of public authorities, etc.).
12.2. In such cases the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer and agree a new delivery date.
13. Dispute resolution
13.1. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 14 days of receipt of a complaint, the Buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt). EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
14. Final provisions
14.1. These Rules and the relationship between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.2. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, based on the Buyer's place of residence as applicable.
14.3. The Seller may amend these Rules. Changes will be published on the website and/or communicated by email.
14.4. Textual and graphic content published on the website is the Seller's intellectual property and is protected under applicable laws.
